Tactile Painting

 

 

Tactile Painting is an interactive painting.

The void trace on the canvas acts as a kind of blueprint and shadow, indicating an object made from cut canvas fabric. While the object made of canvas fabric is modeled after three-dimentional object, it transforms into something unfamiliar through the recontextualisation of medium and image. Through the act of touching these unfamiliar objects, one can sense the pathos beyond the image.
